INGREDIENTS
- 40ml Glenmorangie A Tale of the Forest
- 10ml Yuzu juice
- 10ml cherry syrup
- 1 egg white
- cubed ice
METHOD
- In a mixing glass, add the Glenmorangie A Tale of the Forest, yuzu juice, cherry syrup, and egg white.
- Shake with cubed ice and double strain into a Coupette glass.
- Garnish with a cherry blossom flower.
