We endeavour to deliver to all addresses within 5 working days of your order. Delivers are completed between 10.30am and 9pm depending on location Monday to Friday. If you are ordering for someone else please include the recipient’s phone number with your order and we will notify them that they will be receiving a delivery.

All deliveries are available on the island of Ireland. Our deliveries are handled by An Post.

We endeavour to always process orders straight away, although we try to keep our online stock up to date, we are sometimes constrained by stock availability and will contact you directly if this happens. If you are placing an order for large quantities or an order with a wide variety of items, and some of our more limited or unusual products (if available) there can be a lead time of up to five working days. If your order is for a specific date or occasion, please order in good time and let us know at the comments box in checkout and we will try to fulfil your requirements.

At this hugely busy time of the year please allow time for your order to arrive. These are the cut off times for pre-Christmas delivery.

December 19^th 12pm depending on stock availability.

We will always take orders after this time but cannot guarantee delivery.

We can organise local deliveries in east Meath/ Trim area by prior arrangement.

Delivery charges,

Delivery is free for orders over €100 nationwide and is €9 for orders under €100

Please be advised

• Although we will do our upmost to deliver your order to your requirements, we cannot guarantee a delivery on any specific time or day.
• When you place an order, we will receive an initial email confirming your order and when it is processed and ready you will receive a dispatch email.
• An post will notify you of delivery with your tracking number.
• Delivery’s should be received within 5 working days from processing (unless a lead time on ordering suggests otherwise). Please do contact us if you have not received your order within five working days of dispatch notification.
• An adult over eighteen years of age must be present to take delivery and sign for it. If no one is at home at time of delivery, our delivery partner will contact you.
• IT IS MANDATORY THAT A MOBILE NUMBER IS PROVIDED FOR ALL DELIVERY ADDRESSES
• Please check your order before signing for it, if there are any obvious signs of damages, damp boxes or the sound of broken glass, please notify us as soon as possible and please REFUSE the delivery and return it with the delivery partner. As soon as you notify us we can organise a replacement free of charge.
• Please order in good time, at busy times of the year.
• Finally remember we are small but we care !
