Style : Islay Single Malt Non Chill Filtered 

Age: Ex Bourbon and French Oak 50/50

Nose: Buttery and smoky with hints of vanilla,peat,lemon and leather 

Palate: The mouthfeel is silky and smooth with hints of salt and pepper, lemon cake, soy sauce, and a bit of bacon. 

Finish:  It’s long and toasted, and once your glass is empty, you may catch a whiff of toasted almonds. Smoke and toffee also linger.
