Bollinger 007 'A View to a Kill' 40th Anniversary limited edition

The Bollinger “A View to a kill” 40th Anniversary is a special limited-edition faction of Bollinger's signature special Cuvée Champagne.

It blends approximately 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Meunier, drawn largely from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, with reserve wines (some aged in magnums), to deliver depth and complexity.

In the glass it shows a golden hue, with refined, persistent bubbles. The aromatics lean into orchard fruits (apples, pear), brioche, roasted not, and subtle spice.

On the palate, it is full bodied yet elegant, with richness, structure, and a long finish showcasing minerality, walnut note and the citrus zest.

The bottle is presented in a black and gold collectors box featuring the iconic “007” branding, inspired by the Bond franchises visual motifs. This release commemorates 40 years since the film A View to a Kill (1985), highlighting the long relationship between Bollinger and the James Bond franchise. Underscoring its tie to the Bond universe, the bottle features the 007 logo on the neck colour. It is described as extremely limited, a collectible status.
