Sensory Profile:
A delicate pale salmon‑pink in colour. The nose opens with wild strawberry, white raspberry, and blood orange, lifted by notes of rose petal, maquis herbs, and crushed seashell. Subtle hints of pomegranate, pink grapefruit, and white pepper add aromatic complexity. On the palate, the wine is precise, mineral, and beautifully textured, offering flavours of redcurrant, citrus zest, and alpine strawberry, wrapped in a fine, saline tension. A whisper of herbal spice and wet stone underscores its island origins. The finish is long, refreshing, and quietly luxurious, lingering with tones of citrus blossom, red fruit, and a gentle savoury edge.
