Jacquesson Cuvée No. 747 Extra Brut is a masterful Champagne from one of the region’s most respected artisanal producers. Based in Dizy, Champagne Jacquesson crafts each numbered cuvée as a reflection of a specific vintage—No. 747 is based on the 2019 harvest, a year marked by frost and phenolic intensity. The blend leans more heavily on Pinot Noir than usual, due to Chardonnay losses, resulting in a structured and vinous profile.
This Extra Brut is aged for three years on the lees and finished with a minimal dosage of just 1.5 g/L, preserving its purity and tension. It’s a Champagne for connoisseurs, praised for its complexity and aging potential. The house’s philosophy of minimal intervention and precision winemaking shines through in every bottle.
