Ageing: Matured in 1st and 2nd fill American ex-Bourbon barrels

Nose: Citrus and ripening peach are softened by notes of vanilla

Palate: Vanilla emerges, then gives way to a burst of flowery fruitiness

Finish:  Quite long, gentle, malty and very fruity.
