This stuff goes excellently with tonic - mix one part Hotel Starlino Rosé Aperitivo with 3 parts tonic water, serve over plenty of ice and garnish with a wedge of fresh grapefruit. This expression is built around a core of Italian Trebbiano wine, combined with helpings of pink grapefruit, orange peel and lemon peel. Alongside the citrus trio, you'll also find Italian raspberries and strawberry, plus wormwood, coriander, elderflower and more.
