Sensory Profile:

• Joven: Fresh floral notes and pipe tobacco on the nose, with smoky agave and peppermint. The palate reveals sweet caramel, Corinth raisins, dried herbs, and black pepper. The finish is floral and faintly smoky, with a dry, peppery linger.

• Reposado: Slightly woody aromas with baked agave, cassia bark, and chilli. On the palate, expect butterscotch, caramel, soft wood smoke, cedar, and pipe tobacco. The finish is oaky and woody, with cocoa powder and orange rind.
