Sensory Profile: Our most popular wine, Mâcon-Uchizy, is a pure Chardonnay in its simplest expression. It is fruity, round in the mouth, with a citrus note and the nose is very floral and expressive. These are all the ingredients to make a wine to share with friends at any time of the day. Tasting notes: as good for an aperitif as it is with cooked pasta cheeses or fresh goat cheese from our region.
