Sensory Profile: It has an attractive deep cherry colour. The nose is fresh and complex with aromas of forest fruits, prunes, cocoa and a subtle toast also. Fresh on the palate with perfect integrated acidity.  A lovely pleasant mouth-feel with a lingering finish and great ageing potential. Serve with casseroles, meat dishes, fish and cheese or of course on its own !
