Sensory Profile: This wine spends 18 months in 225 L. French oak barrels. Cedar wood, forest floor, and bright wild berry notes dominate the nose followed by a generous full body, great structure and firm tannins that will help this age beautifully. The robust style pairs well with sirloin steak, rich beef stews or charcuterie.
