Silks Irish Dry Gin

We say: We love this new release from the Cooney family here in Meath where they have incorporated the use of their own honey, apple blossom, elderflower and hawthorn from hedgerows in the blend. This is all hand foraged ! This has 14 botanicals and is pot still vapour infused.

Size: 70cl 

Nose: Fresh lime, grapefruit marmalade, and kumquat.

Palate: Round, vibrant, fetish medium bodied with warming orris root, angelica, hints of cinnamon. 

Finish: Like leaf finish with a citrus forward concentrate of vivid aromatics.
