Sensory Profile:
Bright cherry red with deep coloured tears. The nose opens with smoky minerals, wild blackberry, black plum, and hints of rosemary and peat moss. On the palate, it’s dense, chewy, and full of finesse, with flavours of blackcurrant, boysenberry, spiced cedar, roast coffee, and cinnamon spice. Lively acidity and supple tannins provide structure and energy, while the finish is long, satin-lined, and perfumed with violet and thyme. Aged 9 months in French oak barrels (59% 228L, 41% 400L), with 14% new wood, this wine is vibrant, savoury, and built to age gracefully.
