Sensory Profile:
Deep ruby in colour. The nose is expressive and typical of the variety, with intense violet notes, ripe red fruit, and well-integrated oak. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and complex, with good structure and vibrant freshness. Toasted and spiced notes from the oak complement the fruit, leading to a long, elegant finish. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, this wine offers excellent ageing potential and pairs beautifully with red meats and rich dishes.
