Sensory Profile:
Bright ruby in colour. The bouquet opens with floral notes, followed by layers of spice, mineral, and savoury complexity. Aromas of rose petals, cherry, raspberry, and strawberry mingle with hints of Turkish delight and forest floor. On the palate, it’s elegant and taut, with finely textured tannins, vibrant acidity, and a mineral-driven structure. The finish is long, harmonious, and expressive of its Bannockburn terroir. Best enjoyed from 2026 onward, with excellent ageing potential.
