We Say:  A marriage of American craft distilling and old-world cask ageing, WhistlePig's 12-year-old rye owes its complex nature to the spirit of experimentation, and to the essence of European wines. A rare find we are delighted to offer rye fans ! 

Age: 12 Years Old

Style: Canadian Rye whiskey. After maturing for more than a decade in Vermont oak, the spirit is split across three styles of European wine cask: port pipes (7%), sauternes barrels (30%) and madeira casks (63%).

Nose: Caramel, vanilla, winter fruits.  

Palate: Rye spice, apricots, plums, raisins, dates and honey. 

Finish: Dark chocolate, winter fruits, caramel and vanilla.
